Thank you for registering for our Wine Tasting and Preservation Award on Friday, September 13, at 7 pm to honor and toast Thomas Mitchell and Denise Scaglione. Thomas, a Tarrytown Trustee, organized a series of oral histories and is dedicated to preserving the history of African American families in the community. Denise, a Sleepy Hollow Trustee and Deputy Mayor, has worked tirelessly as Chair of the Sesquicentennial Committee to celebrate the village’s 150th anniversary.
The evening includes a wonderful selection of wine and spirits to taste courtesy of Grape Expectations and a variety of sweet and savory hors d’oeuvres prepared by local chefs. Our silent auction features irresistible gift baskets, great experiences, and gift certificates. And please enjoy a tour of our new exhibit, From Beekmantown to North Tarrytown to Sleepy Hollow (1874-2024), which highlights 150 years of an evolving village
